Before you upgrade
Will my QR codes ever expire?
No. Every QR code you create keeps working indefinitely, whether you’re on the free plan or a paid one. There’s no trial countdown and no "renew or lose your code" email.
Do I need an account to use bebber for free?
No. You can create and edit QR codes with just an edit link — no registration required. A free account adds a dashboard, scan analytics, and the option to upgrade later.
What happens if I downgrade or cancel my subscription?
Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan — your QR codes and their content keep working, and paid features like webhooks simply turn off. One thing does not come back: scan history is trimmed to the Free plan’s 30-day window, and the older scan data is permanently deleted, not archived. If you want to keep it, export your analytics as CSV before the paid period ends.
What happens to codes above the Free plan limit?
They keep scanning — that is the core promise. If a downgrade puts you over the Free plan’s code count, every existing code stays live and reachable. Editing pauses on the codes above the limit until you are back under it or upgrade again.
Who handles my payment and billing details?
Polar, our payment processor, acts as merchant of record. They charge your card, calculate VAT for your country, and send you an invoice — bebber never sees or stores your card number.
Will a typical business page fit on the free plan?
Often, yes. A block is one section of your page — opening hours, a menu, a phone button, WiFi access, a photo gallery. The free plan gives you 5 blocks per code, which covers a simple page like hours + menu + phone + directions + WiFi. A fuller page — add a gallery, Google reviews, and a contact form — fits comfortably in Pro’s 15. A single shop or restaurant rarely needs more than Free or Pro; Business exists for running codes across many locations or products.
Can I get a refund?
Reach out through the contact page and describe what happened. If a paid feature didn’t work the way this page describes, or you were charged after cancelling, we make it right — usually with a full refund. Consumers in the EU also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. We review every request case by case and respond within a few business days.
What's the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro suits a single creator who wants scan analytics, webhooks, and API access. Business includes everything in Pro at higher limits — unlimited codes, more storage, and two years of scan history — for running QR codes across several products or locations.
